I wanted to ask that is it true that devices after 6s, including 6s, only have the option of raise to wake? Does 6 and 6 plus also have this option?

What difference does it make? It’s not like you can add it.

It must have the:

  • A9 chip with 64-bit architecture
  • Embedded M9 motion coprocessor

That originally comes with iPhone 6S or newer. The M9 chip is embedded on the A9 bigger chip.
