Raise to wake is a feature of the 6s / 6s Plus and higher. That is not a feature of the 6 / 6 Plus and earlier devices.

No. The iPhone 6 does not contain the hardware required for this feature.

It must have the:
- A9 chip with 64-bit architecture
- Embedded M9 motion coprocessor
That originally comes with iPhone 6S or newer. The M9 chip is embedded on the A9 bigger chip.
