As long as the model number for the LG 24" Class Full HD LED Gaming Monitor (24" Diagonal), Model # 24GM77-B is the same, the monitor will be the exact same monitor regardless of the color of the LG logo on the unit. The differences in the color of the logo may just be due to which country the monitor was manufactured or which country it is marketed in…^IFV

Does the monitor have 1ms response time only while 240 motion is active?

Response time and input lag are not the same. The advertised "Faster than 1ms response time / Motion 240" for the LG 24" Class Full HD LED Gaming Monitor (24" Diagonal), Model # 24GM77-B are two different specifications as well. The response time is a measure of how quickly a pixel on the 24GM77- can display a change from either black to white or from one shade of gray to another, regardless of what you are displaying on the monitor. Different shades of gray represent how intense any given color will appear on the monitor through a filter. Input lag is a specification that is never advertised. It is the delay between a keystroke or mouse click and the result happening on the monitor’s screen…^IFV

You have to remove the pin in the back of the stand. There is tape over it. Then the monitor can be moved up and down freely. The pin keeps the stand from expanding prior to the monitor being placed on your desk.
